In a recent article in the Sydney Morning Herald Ross Gittins examined CPD fellow Jennifer Doggett’s sweeping ideas on health payments. Such innovations as the implementation of a ‘health credit card’ which would function in much the same way as a regular credit card and reduce much of the inefficencies in the current system.
