Clifford is a thoughtful and reflective people and culture leader who works across community organisations, business and government to help communities create a sense of place through community-led action. With experience in community development, public policy and organisational leadership, he has spent the last 18 years developing and delivering community projects in the United States, South Africa, and Australia. An engaging facilitator and community development practitioner, Clifford uses these skills to foster active citizenship and grow partnerships between community and government.
Clifford holds a Masters in Organisational Development from Monash University that builds on a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from studies in the United States. He is an advocate for place-based, strengths-focused and community-led approaches to engagement, development and service delivery.
