Luana Viana is the Human Resources and Development Officer at CPD. She assists with human resources and culture processes and policies, and supports fundraising and stakeholder engagement at CPD.
Luana holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Mediation and Conciliation training course, demonstrating a passion for Conflict Resolution. She recently completed a Human Resources Management course to further enhance her skills. Luana, who migrated to Australia in 2016 with her husband and son, brings a diverse skill set from her experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, gained in Brazil, Mexico and Australia.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, dancing and reading.
